Have you ever wondered how a trucking CEO became successful or how they make difficult decisions?  This CEO Roundtable Session will give you access to the top trucking CEOs from across Minnesota to ask your burning questions.   You will spend 15 minutes with 4 different CEOs, learning, networking, and finding answers to help move your company and your own professional development forward.

Mike Holland, son of Bob Holland, took over the Great Plains Transport company from his father in 2011. Mike considers himself a people person and believes in the value of putting the right people in the right seats. He is responsible for introducing the salaried driver concept to the company. This idea came after he realized the many external circumstances which prevent drivers from making a living off a pay-per-mile system.  Mike will take you through his experience implementing a driver salary compensation model discussing both the challenges and the rewards.

Each panelist will present their scorecard methodology, including what metrics they measure and the trends they use to make decisions for today and for the future.  Then Clint Larby will facilitate a Q&A session with the panel to dive deeper into how to utilize scorecards to reach your company’s maximum potential.
