Join your colleagues for Truck to the Capitol, a special day at the Capitol, where you will meet with your elected officials to let them know how important the trucking industry is to Minnesota’s economy. The decisions your legislators make impact your business and career. Give the trucking industry a voice by letting your representatives know how their decisions affect what you do.  This is a FREE MTA Member Event and makes a huge impact on the work MTA accomplishes during the legislative session.

The day begins at the Radisson Hotel St. Paul with a MTA board meeting and briefing. You will receive training on the current issues most likely to affect the trucking industry. Afterwards, we’ll head over to the Capitol to spend an afternoon in face-to-face meetings with legislators from your home and business districts.
